Thanks to David J. Ring, Jr., N1EA http://www.qsl.net/n1ea/ for the idea for this program, for many of the audio samples and for the MILL.ttf font file.
Code Weaver is a simple program that reads characters from a text file and then plays audio files in sequence. Each audio file is selected as the text file is read character by character. By default each audio file contains Morse code and so the program functions as a text to Morse code generator.
If you have a basic knowledge of Windows file operations and some audio editing software then extra groups of audio files can be added so that many styles of Morse code can be emulated. The excellent Cool Edit from adobe http://www.adobe.com/special/products/audition/syntrillium.html is recommended for anyone who wants to experiment with audio samples and files.
The Code Weaver program is not intended as a teaching aid. There is better software for this purpose. Try the Nu-Ware website where you will find some excellent code training software.
